Program facts
- Credit up to $1,700 per taxpayer.
- At least 90% of receipts to scholarships; no more than 10% to administration.
- A segregated §25F account is maintained per state.
- Student eligibility: eligible to enroll in a public school AND household income at or below 300% of area median gross income (AMI).
- No earmarking of contributions to a specific student.
